Our delivery time in normal circumstances is between 7-14 days (maximum 18 days in case of customs delay or shipping via Bpost). It can take up to one week before a status update is available.
The day before delivery you will receive an e-mail from the delivery service with detailed information about the delivery times. In this e-mail you also have the possibility to change your address, if necessary. It is important to keep a close eye on this e-mail.
In order to track your package, you will receive a track and trace code by e-mail. With this code you can track your package on our website. As soon as the delivery service has received the package, you will also find the track and trace number of the delivery service in the status update. With this number you can track the progress of your package on the website of the delivery service.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. The products must be in the original packaging and provided with labels and tags. The product must not show any signs of use.
For a return shipment, it is always required to use a Track and Trace code. The sender is responsible for the shipment. Please note that the costs and risk of the return shipment are for the account of the buyer/sender. Return costs and shipping costs are not reimbursed.

The items you ordered may have been very popular and it may happen that an item has sold out just before you placed your order. In rare cases, the stock cannot be updated in our system in time and the item will be cancelled. Sorry!
You can reorder the items if possible and if you have already paid, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. If you have chosen credit card as payment method, the amount has not yet been debited from your account. The reservation on your credit card has been lifted.

when your size is available again.
